Our client is an innovative digital infrastructure provider, with a focused approach to growth and employee engagement. As they scale their solutions and accelerate growth, they’re building a bold and dynamic brand and marketing function and are now hiring a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the development and execution of high-impact, integrated B2B marketing campaigns. This role is based in Reading 2-3 days and the rest can be remote. Benefits include 30 days holiday (can buy 5 more), private health, medical and a wide range of others. This is a pivotal role reporting into the executive leadership team.

The successful candidate will drive the end-to-end strategy, planning, and delivery of multi-channel campaigns—supporting new product launches, market expansion, and brand activation across B2B audiences. The role offers broad scope and visibility, with responsibility across go-to-market, customer acquisition, brand storytelling, event marketing, and sponsorship activation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, product adoption, and customer engagement across key B2B segments.
  • Lead go-to-market activity for new products in telecoms and digital infrastructure.
  • Translate complex propositions into compelling narratives and content across channels (digital, paid, events, social, etc.).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, customer, and communications teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Use audience insights, performance data, and market trends to shape messaging and optimise outcomes.
  • Oversee campaign performance, reporting against KPIs and OKRs tied to business growth targets.
  • Lead activation of sponsorships and strategic events aligned to wider marketing goals.

We’re looking for an experienced B2B marketer with:

  • 8+ years in campaign management, ideally within telecoms, tech, or infrastructure sectors.
  • A strong track record of leading successful product launches and acquisition campaigns.
  • Strategic and creative ability to turn complex technical offerings into engaging, customer-led marketing.
  • Expertise in digital and integrated channels, as well as experience with events and sponsorships.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence in presenting to senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Adobe Suite, and SEO/marketing tech platforms.
  • Previous work in matrix or fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Exposure to partner marketing or cross-sector campaign collaboration.
  • Experience with platforms such as Figma, Monday.com, Miro, SEMrush, and Hootsuite.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape the marketing strategy for a nationally significant business at a critical stage of growth and diversification. The successful Senior Marketing Campaign Manager will play a key leadership role in creating market momentum and delivering measurable impact in an evolving, purpose-driven organisation.
