Role Overview

We're hiring a Community Manager to help us build and scale the MILE presence across Reddit, Facebook Groups, TikTok, Discord, and wherever fashion convos are happening. You'll act as the bridge between our brand and our audience - listening, engaging, seeding, and growing our word-of-mouth footprint.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage with relevant fashion + resale-focused Reddit threads, TikTok accounts, Discords, and Facebook groups
  • Seed hype around upcoming launches in smart, authentic ways - no cringe, no spam
  • Build 1:1 relationships with superfans, creators, early adopters
  • Share community insights, trends, and reactions with the internal team
  • Support user onboarding and create "inside" moments that keep people talking about MILE
  • Keep MILE visible in the right online spaces at the right times

Who You Are

  • Deeply embedded in online fashion/streetwear culture
  • Reddit fluent. Facebook Group fluent. TikTok fluent.
  • Comfortable working solo and iterating fast
  • Knows how to speak the language of each platform
  • Great at spotting opportunities before they're trending
