Your Job
- Design and maintain comprehensive marketing performance dashboards, with a focus on engagement, segmentation and operational KPIs to evaluate strategic effectiveness across digital channels.
- Lead the implementation, governance, and enablement of marketing analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel), and deliver actionable insights for marketing analytics platforms into CDP enrichment and audience segmentation to enable personalized target and improved campaign ROI.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into user acquisition, retention, funnel behavior, identifying actionable insights and optimization opportunities, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Own and optimize the OneTrust cookie consent and preference management platform, ensuring ongoing compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy regulations, while monitoring tracking cookie consent performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing data quality, accessibility, and alignment across platforms and to establish tracking plans and data requirements.
- Own marketing attribution modelling, customer journey analysis, budget spend modelling and engagement forecasting.
- Maintain and evolve the marketing tech stack, ensuring optimizing and integration while serving as a SME on marketing analytics tools.
Your Profile
- 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in a B2B SaaS or media/data organization.
- Proven experience implementing and launching marketing analytics technologies and managing their performance and adoption with strong understanding of MarTech landscape and some tech stack management.
- Strong implementation and usability knowledge of Digital Analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel).
- Proficiency in SQL and marketing data platforms (Google Analytics 4, BigQuery).
- Hands-on experience managing cookie consent platforms (preferably OneTrust) and a thorough knowledge of privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Experience working with CDPs, CRM, data visualization tools and automation platforms.
- Expertise in marketing attribution, cohort analysis/creating, and conversion funnel analytics.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data insights into marketing strategies with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
