About the Company
Join a high-impact consulting team within one of the world’s largest IT infrastructure organisations. This group specialises in large-scale digital transformation, helping clients modernise applications, migrate to the cloud, and integrate complex systems. With the agility of a modern consultancy and the backing of a global enterprise, they deliver tangible outcomes across critical industries like financial services, public sector, and healthcare.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- As a Technical Delivery Manager, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of software and application projects — leading from the front across pre-sales, implementation, and live transition.
- You’ll manage cross-functional teams through complex programmes involving cloud migrations, platform modernisation, and enterprise system integration.
- Directing hands-on delivery across multi-stream technical initiatives.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and engineers to define and deliver scalable solutions.
- Managing scope, risk, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Supporting bid development, technical estimates, and commercial governance.
- Acting as a key advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning delivery to strategic goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- We’re seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with a strong background in software/application delivery and a track record of driving complex programmes in fast-moving environments.
- 6+ years delivering technical projects, ideally with cloud migration or systems integration experience.
- Ability to operate independently and deliver without large execution teams.
- Strong Agile delivery knowledge (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, CI/CD environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — especially at the executive and senior technical level.
- Previous experience with major consulting firms (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte Tech, BAE Applied Intelligence) is highly desirable.
- Experience spanning the full delivery lifecycle — from shaping pre-sales engagements to service transition.
Ideal Profile:
Whether you’ve worked as a Technical Delivery Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, Engineering Programme Manager, or Solution Delivery Lead, what matters most is your ability to bring structure, pace, and results to high-stakes digital initiatives. You’ll thrive in client-facing environments and be known for balancing business insight with hands-on execution. If you’ve led cloud transformations, app modernisation programmes, or cross-system migrations, we want to hear from you.
Why This Role?
This is a rare opportunity to be a true Technical Delivery Manager — not a coordinator, not a consultant, but a hands-on leader who shapes real-world solutions. You’ll work in a culture that values delivery above all, with autonomy, support, and high visibility across enterprise-scale projects.
