PT Renewables is partnered with a rapidly-growing Energy & Sustainability Consultancy who are on the lookout for an Energy Services Technical Lead. This is a brilliant opportunity to lead on delivering bespoke decarbonisation strategies and navigating complex regulatory frameworks like ESOS.
The Role
- Guide the Energy Services Team, supporting clients across multiple sectors on their journey to net zero.
- Hands-on leadership role where your technical expertise and strategic thinking will directly influence real-world decarbonisation outcomes.
- Mentor a high-performing team of energy professionals and ensure the successful delivery of audits and efficiency initiatives.
- Manage and conduct detailed energy audits across a range of client sites.
- Design and implement site-specific decarbonisation strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on energy management, sustainability best practices, and long-term improvement.
- Stay ahead of ESOS requirements and emerging trends to keep your strategies sharp and compliant.
About you
- A degree in Energy Management, Engineering, Environmental Science etc.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in energy auditing, energy management, or decarbonisation projects.
- Strong knowledge of ESOS and energy efficiency technologies.
- A proactive approach to project management with the ability to juggle priorities.
