We are looking for an experienced and service-driven Senior Bridal Associate to join the team at a flagship store on Sloane Street. As the main point of contact for all bridal clients, you’ll play a key role in delivering a refined, luxury experience from the first enquiry through to the final fitting.
You will host appointments, support bespoke fittings, and collaborate closely with the atelier team to ensure each bridal journey is seamless and exceptional.
- Provide warm, personalised, and professional service to all bridal clients.
- Style brides with complete, cohesive looks in line with the brand’s elegant aesthetic.
- Manage the bridal appointment calendar, client records, and all communications.
- Respond to client enquiries via email and phone with accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle a high volume of administrative work, requiring strong Excel and Outlook skills.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the Bridal Manager.
- Assist with bespoke bridal orders and provide input throughout the design and fitting process.
- Support day-to-day bridal department operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
Experience in the bridal industry or luxury retail sector is required. A high level of computer literacy, especially in Excel and Outlook, is essential. The ideal candidate should be stylish and aesthetic-driven with an understanding of contemporary luxury. A true ambassador for the brand, with integrity, optimism, and dedication, is sought. Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals while maintaining a refined service standard is important.
