We’re looking for an inspiring Front of House Manager to join the team at Canopy by Hilton London City, where style meets substance in the heart of the capital. About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Rooms Division Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the Front Desk, Concierge, and Switchboard teams. Your mission? To create seamless, personal, and unforgettable experiences for every guest, from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team to deliver a standout guest journey
  • Managing departmental budgets and controlling costs without compromising on quality
  • Developing SOPs, training programs, and policies in line with Hilton standards and UK regulations
  • Driving guest satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement through innovative, customer-focused strategies
  • Ensuring full compliance with all brands, health & safety, and legal standards
  • Acting as a role model — setting the tone with a can-do attitude, strong leadership, and hands-on support

About You:

You’re an experienced hospitality professional who leads from the front and knows what it takes to make a guest feel truly welcome. You understand the balance between operational excellence and team wellbeing, and you bring both every day. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 2 years’ experience in a similar Front of House role within the upscale market
  • Has previous Hilton experience and strong knowledge of OnQ PMS (essential)
  • Thrives on building great teams and empowering others to succeed
  • Is confident, proactive, and calm under pressure, with a flexible, solutions-focused mindset
  • Communicates clearly across departments to ensure a seamless operation
  • Has a background in hotel openings (a plus!) and is excited about growing within the brand
