  • Lead complex case investigations, disciplinary appeals, whistleblowing matters, and executive complaints.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders including HR Directors, Group Legal, union representatives, and executive leadership.
  • Support with project work as required, including supporting change consultations and organisational design implementation.

In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to operate at executive level and with union representatives.

Effective analysis, judgement and decision-making skills.

Ideally CIPD Level 5 or a formal legal/employment law qualification.
