Join our dynamic team as an EMEA Payroll Specialist, where you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless payroll operations across multiple countries. In this role, you'll collaborate with HR and Finance teams, leveraging your expertise in Global payroll software and your deep understanding of EMEA payroll regulations to process payroll efficiently and drive continuous improvements. Role & Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for multiple countries within EMEA, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Process payroll updates (e.g., new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, contract changes) accurately and on time.
- Ensure payroll accuracy by verifying data from HR and internal HR platform.
- Maintain payroll records, generate reports, and support audits as needed.
- Contribute to global payroll projects, including automation, system enhancements, and policy updates.
- UK Pensions controls.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of payroll experience, with exposure to processing payroll for multiple EMEA countries.
- Strong understanding of payroll procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with ADP payroll software (Must); Workday experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and data analysis.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive payroll data.
- Strong communication skills in English.
