About the role: The energy industry is advancing with investment in smart technology, greener energy generation and low carbon technology which is increasing the usage of electricity. This role is to plan and deliver various LV and HV projects within the region including Connections, Maintenance (GM/OH), OH Construction, Asset Replacement. Also to support the Repairs activity on the electricity distribution network, focusing on Safety, Customer Service, Quality & Network Performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a prioritised workload of connections, maintenance, or repairs activities.
- Plan and execute projects to time cost and quality.
- Effectively communicate with internal engineering and industrial resource.
- Coordinate external service providers.
- Deliver improved restoration and repairs performance.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting.
- Formally close out and review completed projects against business objectives and set criteria.
- Carry out Senior Authorised Person roles and responsibilities.

- Full clean UK driving licence.
Essential Experience:
- Network operations on the LV and HV Distribution System.
- Construction/Maintenance/Repair background.
- Understanding of power system design and operation.
- Knowledge of electrical distribution equipment.
- HNC - Electrical discipline.
Desirable Experience:
- Operational Codes on the LV / HV systems.
- Senior Authorised Person or Authorised Person codes at HV or EHV.
- Project management experience.
