The candidate will be responsible for originating and developing capital-raising relationships with institutional investors including pensions, insurers, endowments, foundations, and sovereign wealth funds. Lead fundraising efforts for Private Equity and Credit strategies across UK and European institutional LPs.

Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with CIOs, portfolio managers, and asset allocators.

  • 8–15 years of experience in institutional fundraising or sales, preferably at a GP or placement agent.
  • Deep understanding of alternative investment strategies, particularly PE and Private Credit.
  • Broader European network a strong plus.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven fundraising track record.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
