Marketing & Business Development
We have a well-established global M&BD team which supports the firm on a wide range of business development, client relationship management and reputational activities.
Role Overview
We need a self-motivated and enthusiastic M&BD Senior Adviser to support on M&BD activities for the Financial Institutions sector, specifically the Digital Assets and Blockchain (DAB) and FinTech practices and Financial Services practice areas.
The role will encompass the full range of M&BD activities including:
- Pitching, producing credentials and other marketing collateral;
- Client targeting and cross-selling;
- Client/sector and competitor analysis;
- Profile raising through marketing campaigns including events, communications and directory and awards submissions.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- BD planning & analysis
- Supporting the global sector and practice leads on the formulation and execution of time bound, objective-driven integrated campaigns.
- Working with partners to develop and implement BD activities in accordance with proposed plans and budgets.
- Managing responses to RFPs, customised pitches, and business development presentations.
- Writing and producing bespoke materials, including client presentations.
- Supporting on the development and delivery of client targeting initiatives and analysis.
- Coordinating and promoting best practice, integrated BD strategies including media relations, events, seminars, newsletters, white papers/thought leadership.
- Ensuring that there is an efficient framework for internal reporting and communication of M&BD activities and successes.
- Contributing to the wider business development effort, which will include participating in specific firm-wide BD initiatives and projects as required.

Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience of working in a marketing & business development role in a professional services firm.
- Some exposure to sector marketing and business development.
- A solid understanding of the commercial world and its drivers.
