I’m looking for a dynamic and inspirational Business Manager to lead a team within a central London store. You will focus on one of their top-performing brands to elevate it even further.

As Business Manager, you will:

  • Elevate the customer experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our luxury standards.
  • Drive sales performance, meeting and exceeding KPIs.
  • Coach and develop a team of Brand Consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Play a key role in brand development, contributing to continued growth and innovation.

Proven leadership and coaching experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Strong business management skills and commercial acumen.

A background in luxury perfumery – this is essential for understanding our client base and product offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a dynamic, agile business plan to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and implement effective strategies for maximising performance.
  • Accelerate their services programme, ensuring booking targets are consistently met.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver impactful cross-category initiatives.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained across all touchpoints in-store.
  • Oversee inventory management, including regular stock takes.
  • Lead, inspire, and motivate the retail team, and development plans.
  • Deliver ongoing training sessions for both internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Gather and consolidate customer insights to inform and support new product development.
  • Propose and lead engaging customer events and gifting activations to elevate the brand.

You, ideally, will have a strong background in luxury fragrance, with deep knowledge of the category coupled with proven leadership and coaching experience within a high-performance retail environment. You will have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and convert insights into actionable strategies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

This role is based in London working retail hours.
