We’re looking for a Strategy and Project Delivery Manager to drive the execution of our market engagement strategy and help shape the future of Oral Nutrition Supplements (ONS). In this high-impact role, you’ll also act as the strategic right hand to our Head of Market Engagement. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across Market Engagement, Innovation Hub, and Affiliate Manufacturing Plant to bring new products to market—ensuring commercial success, operational scalability and most importantly a product end users love!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead portfolio planning, product readiness & go-to-market execution
- Collaborate with commercial, R&D, and manufacturing teams
- Train and support our field sales team (MNLs) to deliver impactful results
- Bring insights from HCPs and patients into our product strategy
- Ensure our innovations reach the right markets, at the right time, in the right way
What We’re Looking For:
- BSc/MSc in Life Sciences or Business
- Strong experience in market engagement, portfolio management, or commercial operations in healthcare, nutrition, or FMCG
- Strong understanding of the UK and EU healthcare market landscape, ideally in clinical nutrition, medical devices or pharma.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery skills
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and navigating NHS/HCP engagement
