Are you ready to take the lead in shaping a world-class supply chain for a global leader in Exhaust and Emission solutions? Dinex is looking for a results driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our European end-to-end supply chain processes in the Aftermarket division.
The position will be located in the UK ideally in the North West and report to the Aftermarket Product and Supply Chain Director based in Warrington.
As our new Supply Chain Manager, you will be the strategic and operational lead for the end-to-end supply chain in the Aftermarket Division. The supply chain in Dinex covers distribution, regional warehouses, logistics and our sales & operations planning process. The aftermarket is unpredictable, so we need to ensure agility and flexibility in our supply chain.
We focus only on the qualifications below when we review applications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience within supply chain management preferably within the automotive aftermarket industry
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent
- Strong analytical and data driven decision making skills
- Well-trained leader who understands to promote team members performance through coaching, visibility and constant motivation with high process discipline
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools
- Commercial mindset essential so that we put customer experience at forefront of our decision making
- Fluent in oral and written English
Leading and developing supply chain operations including forecasting, ROP calculations, inventory and sister companies warehousing levels:
- Setting the structure and organization for the supply chain department to ensure alignment with the overall aftermarket strategy
- Driving demand planning and forecast accuracy across key markets
- Sponsoring strategic supply chain projects
- Implementing digital tools and best practices to enhance visibility
- Managing supplier relationship and performance
- Leading continuous improvement projects in line with Lean and sustainability principles
You should expect around 20-30 travel days a year.
