The Contract:
We are recruiting an IT Service Management Analyst to work with the IT Service Operations team to drive IT Service improvements across the business and ensure the IT team adhere to IT service governance & best practice.
We are looking to engage an ITIL certified IT Service specialist who has worked across the full-service life cycle and has the self-motivation to drive service improvements and processes forward autonomously.
Initiatives may include IT Risk, IT Governance, or IT Audit related tasks, therefore experience in any of these areas would be an advantage, however not essential. Someone with a breadth of practical ITIL best practice experience will be able to work with the relevant stakeholders and SMEs to reach the desired outcomes.
We are looking for:
- Experience working across the full IT Service lifecycle, with a strong understanding of ITIL Best Practice.
- ITI V3/V4 certified.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the resilience to see initiatives through.
- The ability to discuss your track-record identifying IT service improvement opportunities and subsequently delivering those improvements.
- Problem Management experience would be beneficial. Analysis issues and working to implement solutions.
- Track-record taking ownership of, and successfully delivering, a range of small-medium-sized service-related IT projects/initiatives.
- (Beneficial) Experience analysing an external IT audit and taking ownership of the required actions for improvement.
- (Beneficial) Knowledge of IT Risk and IT Governance practices and frameworks.
