DP World is currently recruiting for a Site Manager Designate to join our Contract Logistics team in the UK. About the role: This is a developmental leadership opportunity within DP World's Contract Logistics division, offering the right individual the chance to step into a future Site Manager position. As a Site Manager Designate, you will work alongside established Site Leaders and cross-functional support teams to gain a deep understanding of the operational, commercial, and strategic responsibilities required to run a successful logistics site. The role is designed to equip you with the skills and experience necessary to lead complex operations, with a focus on customer delivery, team leadership, financial performance, and continuous improvement. You will be involved in key projects, customer engagement activities, and internal collaboration initiatives while supporting the delivery of our wider business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong working relationships with customers, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
