The Opportunity
This company are opening a brand-new store in the heart of Bath and are looking for a Store Supervisor to help lead the team. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a customer-first environment, brings energy and organisation to the shop floor, and can confidently step in when the Store Manager is away.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting day-to-day store operations and team coordination
- Delivering exceptional service and styling advice to every customer
- Leading by example in product knowledge, visual merchandising, and store standards
- Assisting with training and mentoring new team members
- Managing customer queries, returns, and feedback with professionalism
- Overseeing opening/closing procedures and supporting stock deliveries
- Ensuring smooth use of till systems, logistics, and store admin
- Acting as a brand ambassador and upholding company values
*You will need to work at least 2 weekends a month to start with as at least one Senior Team member is required on Saturdays and/or Sundays every weekend until other staff are settled and fully trained.
