Are you a senior sales professional with deep experience selling to commercial banks and credit leaders? We’re looking for a Client Director to drive transformational deals in the banking sector, with a focus on lending, credit risk, and operational efficiency solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Own and execute the sales strategy for top-tier commercial and corporate banking clients.
- Build lasting advisory relationships with heads of Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Credit Risk Officers, and Credit Transformation leaders.
- Identify and develop new opportunities by understanding clients’ strategic priorities, competitive dynamics, and internal programs.
- Lead and mentor sales teams, navigating a matrixed environment to deliver complex solutions.
- Represent high-value services that help banks transform credit underwriting, portfolio monitoring, servicing, and risk management.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven success selling to the C-suite in Financial Services—particularly Commercial Banking, Credit, Lending, or Corporate Banking.
- 8+ years in banking sales or business development, with a history of exceeding multimillion-dollar quotas.
- Experience selling outsourcing, offshore knowledge services, or complex technology-enabled solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
