We are currently looking for a Booking Project Manager to join our team in London. Reporting to the VP Booking and Commercial Partnerships, the Booking Project Manager will support the VP and director on all areas of the booking business.
Role Responsibilities:
- Venue diary and calendar management - support as key interaction for our venues
- Outgoing booking focus working over all our venues
- Gather and report key industry intel to keep our team ahead – using key data from trusted sources
- General project management of the booking area including supporting our arena and stadium clients
- Traveling and fieldwork for this role is essential
