A very exciting opportunity has become available for a customer focused Qualified Dispensing Optician on a full time, permanent basis in West Sussex. I am recruiting currently for a franchise of one of the UK’s most trusted optical brands.
Salary: up to £30,000
Benefits:
- Team based bonus scheme (approx £200-£300 per month)
- 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays

You will be working in a friendly community within a sociable team where you can expect a variety of patients from all ages and backgrounds. They have a very friendly and welcoming team in place, who all work for each other to deliver the highest levels of customer care.
Responsibilities of the Qualified Dispensing Optician:
- As a senior member of the team, you will be on hand to support the dispensing team, this will include training, development and offering advice where needed.
- You will be taking on an in-store trainer type role as well as fulfilling all dispensing duties.
Requirements of the Qualified Dispensing Optician:
- You must have strong leadership skills and be comfortable in providing training.
- As a member of the stores team you will have a valued input with best practice and clinical compliance.
- Looking for a team player, ambitious individuals who enjoy a customer facing role providing good customer service.
