The Product Activation Executives are responsible for creating and maintaining tariffs, pricing and promotional deals on all networks including all new commercial operations such as pre-orders, gift deals and new product & service introductions. The team also provides support to all channels during core trading hours to ensure customer journeys are not impacted and work on a rota basis to cover weekends, for any urgent queries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working at optimum accuracy & productivity to deliver customer propositions as briefed by the Commercial teams making them available in the channels at the right price at the right time.
  • Ensuring the workload is prioritised in line with commercial decisions to ensure delivery within agreed SLAs.
  • Maintaining high levels of quality checking for all work completed minimising exposure of errors leading to customer service and margin risk.
  • Working within and continually improving processes and ways of working in line with propositions and promotional offer changes.
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of PIE Front & Back Office, Multiplay DMT system and current promotional offers.
  • Documenting and archiving all offers for future reference.
  • Ensuring all changes are communicated to all stakeholders, across Mobile, Multiplay, Online and CLC (Currys Loughborough Campus).
  • Highlighting systematic challenges through troubleshooting to identify scope of issues.
  • Support on relevant projects to ensure effective implementation of new propositions within business channels through design of effective processes in relation to product set up and pricing.
  • Support with workload and other tasks assigned by the Senior tech lead and Exec within the team.
You will need:
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Office skills.
  • Demonstrable computer competence and ability to learn new processes and systems.
  • Ability to work to a deadline.
  • Capacity to work under pressure.
  • Good working knowledge of PIE Back & Front Office desirable.
