KLM is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum MBO-4 diploma in technology, HAVO diploma, or equivalent (including foreign education);
- Valid passport from an EU Member State;
- Height between 1.58 and 2.03 meters;
- Proficiency in Dutch; if not Dutch-speaking, must have passed a B2 level exam prior to selection;
- Valid Type Rating of a Multi-Pilot Aircraft;
- PBN annotation;
- ME IR (A);
- Last pages of logbook showing 150 hours recent commercial flying experience and 500 hours on a multi-engine aircraft with MTOW > 5700KG;
- I-CRM certification;
- Completed Multi Crew Cooperation Course;
- Class I medical certificate;
- LPE6;
- Advanced UPRT (Upset Prevention & Recovery Training).

- All documentation (including high school diploma) must be uploaded in PDF format with your application. Complete documentation is required for a possible hiring decision.
- Type rating and medical must be valid for at least 3 months at employment start.
- Medical and brevet must be issued in the Netherlands or converted for acceptance.
