The job in a nutshell: To support the implementation and execution of packaging change as well as the co-ordination of the bottling process for our range of independent spirits. You’ll also provide support and back up to the Brands Packaging & Production Manager for key tasks in their absence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordination of the process to set up and bottle all products across the BBR range of spirits.
  • Management of all central product information files ensuring they are up-to-dated on a regular basis.
  • Management of the bottling process once orders are handed over by Bulk Spirits team.
  • Work with Product Master Data team to create codes on SAP to ensure timely processing of all bottlings.
  • Manage production schedule and share with key external stakeholders on a weekly basis.
  • Check barcodes & label proofs and liaise with printers to ensure on time delivery of labels as per production plan.
  • Raising of PO’s for bottling and dry goods, checking invoices and good receipting on SAP.
  • Keep Sales Operations/Commercial advised re readiness of order and liaise re movement of finished goods.
  • Movement of finished goods from 3rd party production partners to our Basingstoke warehouse in liaison with internal stakeholders.
  • Point of contact for key suppliers, production partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Raising of PO’s on SAP for Brands POSM ensuring all info is correct for PMD team.
  • Provide general admin assistance to BBR Brand team as required.
  • Daily support to the Brands Packaging & Production manager on key projects.
  • To ensure that all working practices comply with Health and Safety legislation.
