- Du bist verantwortlich für die Definition, Kommunikation und das Nachhalten von Zielen sowie die Personaleinsatzplanung.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Vorbereitung, Durchführung, Dokumentation und Nachbereitung von Mitarbeitergesprächen.
- Du organisierst die Inventuren und bist verantwortlich für deren korrekte Durchführung.

- Du bist begeisterungsfähig, engagiert, modebewusst und besitzt eine fundierte Erfahrung in der Personalführung.
- Als Store Manager leitest Du in Vorbildfunktion Dein Team und bist dafür verantwortlich, eine positive und erfüllende Umgebung für alle Mitarbeiter zu schaffen.
- Die Leidenschaft am Verkaufen sowie gute MS Office- und Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus.
- Du hast gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und persönliche Eigenschaften wie Empathie, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
- Du bist organisationsstark und geübt im Umgang mit Auswertungen und KPIs.
