Remote (UK-based but we have co-working spaces in every city). Full-time. We help brands show up, stand out, and blow up on TikTok. From viral restaurants like Urban Tandoor to leading B2B brands, global banks, and huge beauty brands.
We’re a full service TikTok agency that means one day you could be working building an organic strategy for a brand, launching a TikTok influencer campaign or launching global make up brands on TikTok Shop. And now, we’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to help lead the charge.
We’re after a strategic thinker, a trusted client partner, a creative spark, and a ruthless organiser – all rolled into one. You’ll lead major client accounts, shape viral campaigns, and guide cross-functional teams to make magic happen, on time and on budget.
- Lead campaign planning – from briefing to results, making sure every campaign delivers.
- Run ideation sessions – bring bold ideas to the table and help shape them into TikTok gold.
- Collaborate with creative teams – from in-house creators to influencers and editors.
- Analyse campaign performance – spot what’s working, tweak what’s not, and feed insights back.
- Attend shoots – making sure what’s filmed is on-brand, on-brief, and on fire.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in account management (agency-side ideal).
- Great at building presentations and presenting them to clients.
- Confident running multiple accounts, leading calls, and holding your own with senior clients.
- A creative mindset – you don’t have to be a director, but you do need to know what good looks like.
- Data-savvy – know how to use performance metrics to tell a story and shape future work.
