The predicted salary is between 38400 - 67200 £ per year.

Contract: Hybrid – a mixture of WFH and supporting on site. Permanent Contract – 37 hours. Package: £48,000 plus Company Car and excellent Bupa benefits.

Working within the risk and governance, learning & development team you’ll play a key part in helping our customer facing colleagues deliver exceptional standards of customer service and patient care. Reporting to the Head of Clinical Governance, you will be responsible for the clinical and quality embedding of the digital care systems.

How you’ll help us make health happen:

  • Provide targeted clinical support to home managers and clinical staff in care planning and risk management within the use of digital systems.
  • Own the relationship with a set number of Regional Directors, where you will be able to advise and support on the digital care systems, providing coaching and assessment.
  • Liaise with regional directors/managing directors regarding the escalation of support for homes.
  • Present training sessions to a wide audience on the use of digital systems and clinical improvements.
  • Develop guidance documents to support care and clinical staff in the use of digital systems.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Product Owner and Clinical Educators to identify areas for improvement within systems and services.

You must have an active NMC Pin number and experience of working in social care and with digital care systems. You will be able to demonstrate awareness of the regulatory requirements within the sector.
