They are hiring a strategic and motivated VP of Business Development to lead direct sales initiatives and expand high-level enterprise relationships across North America. This senior sales leader will focus on driving substantial capital deployment through the sale of managed connectivity and infrastructure services. Ideal candidates will bring a hunter mentality, a strong industry network, and a history of closing large-scale enterprise deals.

Focus:

- Build and expand relationships with C-level stakeholders, integrators, and enterprise infrastructure buyers.
- Drive full-cycle enterprise sales—from initial outreach to negotiation and contract execution.
- Identify and qualify prospects through strategic outreach, research, and networking.
- Lead and manage multimillion-dollar DAS and infrastructure service sales under long-term contract models.
- Cultivate and grow channel partnerships to extend sales reach through integrators and value-added partners.
- Represent the company at high-profile industry events and conferences to strengthen brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product development with market needs and customer expectations.
- Actively contribute to go-to-market strategy refinement and execution, leveraging feedback loops for continuous improvement.
Skill Set:
- 10+ years of direct enterprise sales or business development experience, particularly in digital infrastructure, wireless connectivity, or managed services.
- Demonstrated history of landing high-value contracts ($1M+), especially within complex, long-sales-cycle environments.
- Strong understanding of connectivity technologies including DAS, CBRS, LTE, RTLS, and 5G network architectures.
- Existing network within healthcare tech, commercial property management, hospitality, and/or education sectors.
- Experience negotiating high-stakes deals and working with legal, finance, and technical teams on contract execution.
- Entrepreneurial drive, hunter mentality, and proven ability to exceed aggressive sales targets.
- Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 75%) and engaging with clients on-site.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
