We’re looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Operations Executive to join our growing Affiliate Partnerships team. You will own the end-to-end campaign delivery of tenancy activity booked by our Sales & Partnerships manager, liaising with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure campaigns are consistently delivered on time and to a high standard. Our industry is very fast paced, often resulting in last minute bookings or delayed assets, so it is essential that the right candidate is able to remain calm and resilient under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • End to end project management and fulfilment of booked activity from affiliate advertisers, this includes: Advertiser sponsored content
  • Prioritising and managing multiple projects at any given time
  • Have ownership of an optimise/streamline existing workflows and processes
  • Liaise with external stakeholders including clients directly, agencies and affiliate networks
  • You will build the weekly Affiliates newsletter and adhoc solus emails
  • Work closely with the Telegraph’s commercial partners to produce and publish content
  • Work closely with the wider Commercial team to ensure campaigns are briefed and delivered on time
  • Support the wider Commercial team with ad hoc content requests
  • Build html widgets for commercial & editorial content
