About the team
The Business Service team is here to ensure the smooth running of the office, providing seamless, effective, and proactive administrative support. We continually seek ways to utilize technology to improve processes and efficiency, promote agile ways of working, and reduce reliance on paper.
About the role
- Work collaboratively on a national basis with the national administration manager, the business support hub leader, and other team leaders to improve processes and promote agile working.
- Assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures, reporting back to the national administration manager.
- Manage the local administration team to ensure high-quality service delivery to local offices.
- Ensure first-class front-of-house service.
- Review, prioritize, and redistribute work as appropriate.
- Ensure high workflow quality and productivity of direct reports, adhering to agreed ways of working, and provide management information as needed.
