The predicted salary is between 56000 - 84000 £ per year.

ICDS are retained by a Tier 1 main contractor who are delivering power generation upgrade projects to £400m across Scotland over a ten-year framework agreement.

Now recruiting a Senior Site Engineer (Civil) to support the delivery of these major civil and energy infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will have a third level qualification in Civil Engineering and demonstrate strong technical skills in setting out, QA, HSEQ compliance, and site-based engineering delivery.

This role requires proven experience leading engineering teams, mentoring junior staff, and working confidently across multidisciplinary teams.

Candidates should be proficient in surveying (using total station, GPS), material take-offs, and producing ITPs, RAMS, and QA records.

Project experience in energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors (e.g., substations, BESS, trenchless cable installations, or Over Head Lines-OHL) is highly desirable.

A full driving licence is essential, and qualifications in temporary works or professional affiliation are an advantage.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key part in the delivery of technically challenging energy projects in a Tier 1 construction and engineering business.
