We are recruiting for a Senior SHE Advisor to join us here at Octavius.

We are a leading civil engineering organisation delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions across the UK. At Octavius, we believe that safety, health, and environmental excellence are the foundation of everything we do. As we continue to grow and take on exciting new infrastructure projects, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior SHE Advisor to help us uphold and elevate our SHE standards across the business.

As a Senior SHE Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving our safety-first culture across a range of civil engineering and rail infrastructure projects. You will provide expert guidance and support to project teams, ensuring compliance with SHE legislation and best practices. From conducting site inspections and audits to delivering training and promoting behavioural safety, your work will directly contribute to the wellbeing of our people and the success of our projects.

A team of highly motivated, dedicated professionals delivering projects across a variety of frameworks with clients such as Network Rail and National Highways. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you will be working closely with project managers, engineers, and operational teams to embed a proactive SHE culture across all levels of the organisation.
