The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Configuration Support Engineer to join a leading technical team in Desford, Leicestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development and configuration of current and new product options within the construction equipment sector. You will play a vital role in maintaining master engineering models and machine bills of materials while ensuring effective implementation of design changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing engineering change data to ensure compliance with established change management policies.
- Coordinating product changes across product development, sales and marketing, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.
- Preparing documentation to support new product configurations and ongoing development activities.
- Supporting product groups through corporate engineering systems and process improvement initiatives.

- Change Control: Strong understanding of change identification, evaluation, documentation, and implementation processes.
- Engineering Systems Knowledge: Experience with Teamcenter for data management and Creo for 3D CAD modelling.
