We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Retail Operations Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of our retail operations. You will play a key role in ensuring our stores are fully supported, stock and processes are efficiently managed, and the in-store experience consistently reflects our brand standards.
Working closely with the Retail Operations Manager, you will assist in coordinating retail activities across all locations, helping to implement systems, processes and communications that enable stores to operate at their best.
- Support the Retail Team in the execution and coordination of operational procedures across all store locations
- Assist with inventory management processes, including store replenishments, stock movements, and cycle counts
- Liaise with store teams to ensure timely communication of operational updates, product launches, and store needs
- Help maintain store documentation, trackers, and internal tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Coordinate store supply orders and manage vendor communication for store-related needs
- Assist in the onboarding of new store staff, ensuring operational tools and training materials are provided
- Support in the planning and execution of new store openings and retail projects
- Act as a point of contact for store teams for day-to-day operational questions or issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of retail processes and store efficiency
Previous experience in a retail or retail operations role is preferred. Confident using Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and retail systems. Passion for retail, operations, and delivering an exceptional store experience.
