Run-time Group have partnered with a leader in the eCommerce solutions space, who power the next generation of digital experiences for brands, retailers, and their customers around the world. As they continue to scale, they are seeking a Pre-Sales Team Lead to help guide their clients and prospects through the technical aspects of their journey.

As a Pre-Sales Team Lead, you will lead a team of solution consultants and work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver high-impact technical engagements. You will act as both a team manager and a senior individual contributor, supporting complex sales cycles, owning solution design, and driving pre-sales strategy across multiple regions and verticals.

  • Proven experience building, leading, or mentoring a Solutions, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting team.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM degree.
  • Solid understanding of systems integration concepts and hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and cloud-based architecture.
  • Working with clients to build their digital business on cloud platform; including IaaS, PaaS (Cloud Foundry), Docker/containers (Kubernetes), DevOps, API integration among other cloud-native services.
  • Ecommerce experience is highly desirable.
