The successful Family Solicitor will join a busy and friendly team handling a varied caseload of private family law matters. Responsibilities include:
- Managing a full caseload of private family law files from start to finish
- Advising clients on financial remedy proceedings, divorce, separation, and other family-related matters
- Drafting and reviewing key legal documents
- Preparing for and attending hearings
- Maintaining excellent standards of client care and communication
- Working closely with senior team members, including Partners and Associates
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
The ideal candidate will be:
- A qualified Solicitor with experience in private family law (PQE guideline 2+ years, but all levels considered)
- Confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
- Personable, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with clients
- Detail-oriented with strong drafting and organisational skills
- A team player who is proactive and adaptable
- Committed to delivering high-quality legal services
