An opportunity has arisen for a Quality Inspector to join a well-established international manufacturing business based in Worthing. This role offers an excellent chance to gain valuable experience within a reputable organisation.

The position involves ensuring the quality of CNC-machined wooden components and assembled loudspeaker cabinets, requiring strong attention to detail and precise measurement skills.

We are currently looking to appoint two Quality Inspectors—one for the morning shift and one for the afternoon shift.

  • Confident in using standard inspection tools such as digital callipers, straight edges, feeler gauges, and height gauges.
  • Basic competence with MS Excel or equivalent software for data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a conscientious approach to work.
  • Appreciation for the importance of precise and consistent measurements to support quality control in manufacturing.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, including operators, supervisors, and engineers in both quality and production.

Quality Inspector (AM Shift) Salary & Benefits: £31,482

06:00-14:30 Monday-Thursday, 06:00-13:00 Fridays (37.5-hour week)

Later shift available if the morning shift does not suit (details on request)
