Our client, a Scottish law firm specialising in Immigration, is currently recruiting for a Solicitor to join its specialist busy practice in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a close-knit and client-focused practice advising a diverse range of individuals and businesses on all aspects of immigration, asylum, and citizenship law.

This position is suited to a solicitor who has recently qualified and has strong experience in immigration or related areas of law. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of immigration matters including visas, sponsorship licences, asylum applications, and citizenship issues, with the flexibility to develop work in other practice areas such as employment, family, or private client law.

You will work directly with clients, providing clear and practical advice, preparing legal documentation, and ensuring an exceptional standard of client service. The role offers a high degree of autonomy and opportunities to contribute to the development of the firm’s services. This is a full-time role based in Edinburgh offering a hybrid working option.
