We are looking for an Area Manager for our South London & South East area to join the team and be part of a growing and vibrant brand.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Area Manager is responsible for leading store management teams to deliver outstanding customer service, sales performance, compliance, and operational excellence across their designated area. You will drive engagement with company values and ensure all KPIs are achieved. This role will be field based and report to the Regional Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive achievement of sales, service, and operational KPIs across the area.
- Conduct engaging monthly store visits and action planning.
- Inspire customer-first behaviour and loyalty building.
- Manage area recruitment and succession planning.
- Champion compliance, health & safety, cost control, and loss prevention.
- Lead, coach, and develop store teams to achieve their potential.
- Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards.
