We’re building the next century of shopping—making it feel human, communal, and alive again. E-commerce has spent decades optimizing for clicks, stripping away the trust, joy, and connection that once made shopping meaningful. We’ve recently raised an $18M Series A from the world’s best investors to build the next era of commerce. Now, we’re hiring elite builders to make it happen.
You will own the Growth Engineering team, whose mission is to engineer the systems behind Tilt’s astronomical growth—using data, machine learning, and automation to make every decision faster, smarter, and more scalable.
In this role, you will:
- 0–6 Months
- Building the foundations: Real-time performance optimization systems
- Attribution pipelines and marketing measurement tools
- Predictive models for CAC, LTV, and spend allocation
- Scalable data infrastructure to support faster growth decisions
- Going beyond even the most advanced ad systems. You’ll help us:
- Leverage AI to analyze creatives, surface winning patterns and generate content
- Integrate causal inference, real-time feedback loops, and ML pipelines
- Productize our growth stack for sellers
This is a hybrid role, and we ask that you work from our Canary Wharf office 3 days per week.

- Previous experience in a high-growth start-up or scale-up
- 3+ years building systems with advanced attribution, MMM or real-time optimization
- Built infrastructure that supports $500k+ monthly spend
- Beyond dashboards, able to architect feedback loops and automation with data and ML
- Experience hiring, managing, and scaling a technical team
- Can write the roadmap and ship the v1 yourself if needed
