A technology consulting firm specialising in Financial Services is looking for a Senior Java/C# Developer to support a global trading tools team for a global bank. You will work closely with fellow developers and business analysts to enhance the existing Openlink platform and expand integrations with the global commodities application stack. It is essential that this individual has strong experience developing on OpenLink platforms (CTRM/ETRM) and knows scripting in JVS/AVS for Open Components.
Location: 3 days per week in London
Day rate: 700-800 Inside IR35
Duration: 6 months rolling
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in C# and the ability to write supportable, readable C# code is essential
- Strong experience with OpenLink including greenfield implementation/version upgrades (Minimum 7 years)
- Strong technical experience in scripting in AVS/JVS and OpenComponents
- Must have experience in commodities and products implementation across multiple product classes (i.e., Metal, Oil, Gas, and Power)
- Strong understanding of Connex Gateway, External pricing models
- Desirable experience with commodities regulations/compliance reporting
