The Integrations Specialist role is a critical customer enabler, responsible for assisting in the design and implementation of data delivery mechanisms. Working directly with customers and internal stakeholders, this role acts as our technical expert providing dedicated technical assistance on the inbound and outbound integration and API technology utilised to get payroll processes up and running.
This is a great hybrid technical and client-facing role, where you will be working in collaboration with the client to manage the end-to-end implementation of their integration options, giving them support and advice on the best solutions and ensuring that data integrity is maintained.
On a typical day, it looks like this:
- You’ll work on the end-to-end delivery of new strategic technology partner integration solutions, including analysis, scoping, technical design, testing, roll-out and documentation.
- Keeping customer experience and satisfaction in mind, you’ll identify change requests for technical development that will improve the integration experience or the service.
- Working with our development team, you’ll liaise to help design and scope enhancements to integration solutions based on Customer and Operations Team feedback.
To be brilliant in this role, you’ll:
- Be a solutions-focused IT professional with experience in a client-facing environment (service desk, applications support).
- Be degree qualified in IT, Computer Science or equivalent technical qualification.
- Have knowledge and experience of supporting HCM applications (Workday) - this would be a great asset, but not essential.
- Have knowledge of modern integration technologies, principles and best practice.
- Have experience of developing process documentation including process flows, user guides and technical requirements.
- Have great customer service skills with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and build great relationships with clients.
