POSITION OVERVIEW

Ensuring the organization’s IT strategy is aligned with its business goals, you will be responsible for analysing business properties, defining all business needs, and the external environment. You will lead the development and management of our corporate IT strategy, overseeing the strategic direction of our technology platforms, and driving innovation and growth. Experience in Salesforce, O365, Atlassian and ERP is essential.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Assess the current IT strategy, conduct a technology maturity assessment, and develop a target technology blueprint for the organization.
• Utilise business acumen and technical understanding to align people, processes and technology to enhance business performance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
• Develop detailed implementation roadmaps, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure effective execution.
• Analyse and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
• Work closely with suppliers, clients and internal teams to understand needs and ensure seamless integration of solutions.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track effectiveness of initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices and apply innovative solutions to address business challenges.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master\’s preferred).
• Proven experience in the development and implementation of target Enterprise architectures.
• Strong understanding of IT platforms, including cloud computing, microservices, APIs and data management.
• Excellent leadership and team‑management skills, with a track record of building and leading high‑performing teams.
• Exceptional problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
• Experience with market research methodologies and competitive analysis.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
