We have developed a new way to screen for cancer everywhere in the body using a full body MRI powered by Artificial Intelligence. We believe in empowering people to make their own health decisions, so we are offering Ezra as a direct-to-consumer membership. As an Inside Sales Executive (Contractor) at Ezra, you’ll help us deliver a best-in-class experience to both new and returning members, while supporting key partnerships with physician practices and employers. Your work will directly contribute to our ability to help more people detect cancer early and take proactive control of their health. As Ezra’s Inside Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include: Managing and converting inbound leads through phone, email, text, and chat conversations Building trusted relationships with referring partners through timely updates, thoughtful communication, and reliable follow-up Tracking all activity in Salesforce and contributing to reporting and insights Bachelor’s degree or above ~1+ years in a customer success, inside sales, or high-touch support role ~ Strong phone presence and ability to manage high call volumes ~ Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools ~ Highly empathetic and skilled at building trust and rapport ~ Familiarity with a medical or health-related environment is a bonus ~ As a UK contractor, you\’ll have the opportunity to help build Ezra’s UK presence from the ground up and play a key role in helping people detect cancer early.
