Are you a commercially driven sales professional with UK or international experience, ready to take on high-growth global markets? We’re partnering with a legacy consumer healthcare brand with award-winning, trusted products. Following double-digit growth, they’re now hiring an International Sales Manager to lead distributor partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Global Sales Director, you’ll own a portfolio of high-growth international markets, managing distributor relationships and driving commercial growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing distributor partnerships across EMEA and Asia
- Identifying new opportunities and improving partner performance
- Leading forecasting, budgeting, and full account management
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, regulatory, and ops teams
- Supporting product launches and delivering partner training
The Ideal Candidate:
- Currently in an international sales or UK account management role within a consumer goods business
- Commercially sharp, entrepreneurial, and proactive in building strong relationships
- Highly organised and confident managing multiple territories or partners
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
