Responsibilities:

1. Ensure a safe and secure environment during the night for guests and staff
2. Assist the Security Manager with security measures for guest and VIP visits
3. Monitor surveillance cameras and assist with investigations
4. Perform security patrols, prevent unauthorized access, and handle security, fire, and safety matters
5. Conduct checks of key registers and lockers, report discrepancies
6. Prevent undesirables from loitering around hotel premises
7. Identify unusual packages, guests, or vehicles and report to the security manager

Candidate Profile:

• Confident and professional interaction with guests
• Calmness under pressure
• Correct, secure, and courteous handling of disciplinary or criminal cases
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Smart, professional appearance
• Approachable, proactive, and positive demeanor
• Experience in a similar role at a 4-star hotel is advantageous
• SIA Licence is mandatory
