Oversee all VA/Homemaker/HHA Program client intakes under the supervision of the RN and Director of Client Relations.
Conduct monthly QA visits with assigned VA clients. Document all monthly QA assessments and submit them to the Director of Client Relations by the last day of each month. Report client status changes to the Director of Client Relations.
Submit all professional licenses and training yearly. Assist with or conduct in-field training of caregivers as needed (hoyer lift, transferring, bed baths, etc.). Provide oversight, education, and training to agency staff members as needed per RN or Director of Client Relations.
Participate in and provide relevant training for staff to improve skills and knowledge in supporting aging adults. Ensure confidentiality of all client information and exhibit a high degree of responsibility for confidential matters.
Maintain open communication with the RN and Director of Client Relations, and work to resolve problems as they arise. Familiarize with Providence Companion Care policies and procedures, and assist with agency survey preparations.
Assist with office duties, scheduling, hiring, and on-call responsibilities as needed.
