About the Role
An amazing opportunity has arisen within the MiChild group, we are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team at our Newhouse Nursery as a Room-based Third in Charge. If you are highly motivated, flexible, experienced in working in early years and have a genuine passion for working with children then this is the role for you.

What We’re Looking For:
- Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)
- Demonstrates a robust safeguarding knowledge and awareness
- Has a detailed understanding of the requirements set by Ofsted
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and experience of working with children and families
- Previous room Leader or senior experience working in a nursery environment (desirable)
