We are supporting a fast-moving, high-growth business with an urgent need for an experienced M&A Deal Lead to oversee a critical acquisition process from end-to-end. This is a hands-on interim opportunity for a commercially minded dealmaker with strong execution capabilities and stakeholder management skills, working closely with C-suite and investors.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full M&A lifecycle – from origination through to deal close and integration planning
- Drive financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence coordination
- Manage advisors (legal, tax, finance) and internal stakeholders
- Identify risks, structure terms, and negotiate key deal points
- Provide strategic insight to support board-level decision-making
Profile:
- Proven M&A track record in fast-paced environments (PE, Corporate Development, Investment Banking or Big 4 TS background preferred)
- Strong technical deal skills, with a commercial mindset
- Confident communicator with the ability to lead senior stakeholders
- Availability to start at short notice
