Permanent, 35 hours per week, RCN UK HQ, Edinburgh or Exeter with hybrid working.

Salary range £47,745 - £53,934 per annum.

As a Legal Officer you’ll use your positive attitude and initiative, your excellent communication, written and presentation skills, and your ability to maintain the highest professional standards while working within tight timescales to deliver legal advice, support and representation to RCN members in all aspects of regulatory law.

You will be a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, CILEX Fellow or CILEX Lawyer with experience in handling a large caseload of Regulatory cases. Working within a team, you will deliver excellent customer service to our members while maintaining the highest professional standards ensuring that you manage your time effectively and meet all deadlines.
